Pathetic Service

I have been trying to get hold of their customer services department for 3 days now. I am unable to get through. The first day I waited 30 minutes on the phone, there was no answe, second day 1 hour and still no answer and today I said let me be patient and see how long it will take for them to answer the phone, I have been waiting for 3 hours and still no answer. Pathetic service
