Pathetic Service

my alarm and beam was set and my alarm did not go off while they broke in. This is really pathetic service adt. I could have been hurt while sleeping. i am paying a service. I would suggest you sort this problem out otherwise i have no choice to move to Byers or Goodwood Patrols
