Pathetic Service
To whom it may concern. I have completed the application forms in March 2015 and was promised that the system will be installed, to date no system has been installed. My account has been debited with R 390.00 for the past 3 months. The agreement that I signed was for R 250. I have contact Godfrey on numerous occasion but was unsuccessful. On the 25th June i contacted the company and received no joy.Due to this pathetic service being received I would like to cancel my request and would like an immediate refund. Your assistance is highly appreciated in this matter.
