Pathetic service

Marryking trading and projects on behalf of ADT installed an analog radio they knew was prone to not sent out signals. When their radio failed to send signals, I reported the matter to ADT & they referred me back to Marryking as the installers of my system. I reported the matter several times to Marryking, they promised to come change my radio though never pitched on the agreed day with no prior notice (Causing me to waste my leave days). There was a burglary on my property one rainy December night and I suppose their radio failed to sent out signals as I am the one who requested ADT to go check on my premises as a neighbor heard the alarm go off thus they failed to respond in time. After the burglary they hastily arranged for my radio to be changed and that is when I learnt that they opt to install the cheaper yet unreliable analog radios over the more expensive but reliable ones. During a storm the magnetic contact sensors of one door was damaged, I informed ADT and they referred me to the inept Marryking who hasn't helped. Their average response is in excess of 25 min in my area and their call centre agents will waste your time & never callback
