Pathetic Service

For over a year have been resquesting their statement to be automatically emailed each month. Doesnt happen. Each time have to request and complain. ADT response - "your request will be uploaded'. Nothing! Last time June 26 @ 12:43 spoke to Channing said the account supervisor Lerato Olifant would contact me within the hour. Still waiting 100 hours later. Digby Cullen Customer 22CUL069
