Pathetic Service ! ! ! ! !

I had a break-in on the morning of 11 May 2017. Although visited by many ADT representatives on the day no explanation was offered as to how the alarm was bypassed - if indeed it was activated and, if not activated, how that would be possible as the alarm is allways activated when, during the day there is nobody at home - and obviously, at night. In submitting my claim to the insurance company I was requested to obtain a print-out from ADT to monitor the alarm activity. Phoning the call centre was a total waste of time and source of utter frustration - after holding for almost ten minutes my call was eventually disconnected. I was forced to a trigger the alarm to get somebody from ADT to respond and in this manner was eventually able to get a supervisor (William) to come and talk to me. He managed to get hold of Kevin Ntuli who explained that such a report can take up to 48 hours - and he wanted to give me a report for the last wee****!!!!!!!!!!!! After explaining that this cannot be of any help to anybody he undertook to give me a report from the 1st of May - will this happen? - well lets see. I was also advised, by the visiting supervisor, that I should call the lady responsible for Insurance reports (Brumelda Pemberton) dircetly on (011) 321 - 4631. I have now tried repeatedly to call the given number - but the call is disconnected even before it starts ringing - causing me to believe that this line either does not exist or it is out of order. Is anybody within ADT capable of rendering a fairly simple service to a client of 16 years???????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????
