pathetic service

good day<br> <br> this is the second time im complaining about adt and up until today i have not been helped . i need my alarm to be installed and its been a hassle , since as far as last year august , my alarm has not been installed up until today but my account was bedited so my question is for what is it for or which service im realy tired of having to call the call centre evertyime . i want my money to be reversed . the person i was leasing with her name is Zanele but its difficult to get hold of her if i dont call the call centre her number is just ringing can someone please help me so my alarm can be reinstated
