PATHETIC SERVICE

Your disregard for your client's security is irresponsible and pathetic!!! A full week ago I called to book a service call as our alarm was not working. The earliest they could attend to me was today - a full week later!! <br> I called today to confirm only to be told the assigned technician was running behind and they would re-a sign the call out the earliest being Thursday - ten days later! I spoke to the manager Isaac Makote who told me a technician on standby would call and come out today. It is now 6pm and nothing heard nor any way to contact them - all gone home. <br> Bestsecure you seem very active in our area - expect a call tomorrow.
