Pathetic Security Sevice

So Disappointing, after receiving a emergency alarm activation, ADT armed response stand outside my house(in the street) saying everything looks fine. "NO ACCESS BECAUSE OF HIGH WALLS". Not knowing what is happening at the back of the house, they leave, Because everything "looks fine". They Do not even bother calling at the gate, to check if the occupants of the house is still alive. on top of that, 2 hours later I have to call ADT for feedback, They dont even bother calling me back. ADT is a total waste of time and money.
