Pathetic sales service

After the first confirmed meeting was 'missed' by the sales agent, who called the following day to explain that the office had not told them about the meeting. A week or two later, the office called again to schedule and confirm a second attempt. Meeting was confirmed, once again a no-show. No calls, no follow-up.
