Pathetic response time

It took your response team an hour to get to my house. Called your call centre to be told that they arrived which was a lie. The car that arrived had no keys to access my gate then it was another wait. Your agent left me hanging to speak to a lady called Alia or something like that. Then your next agent tried to explain why it jad taken your response team a WHOLE HOUR to attend to the alarm. If the intruder had gained access inside the house they would have leisurely ****** everything and harmed the occupants of the house. Train your agents to treat WVERY matter as urgent even if it’s not life threatening. Equip all your response teams with keys. We live in a violent country and we have contracts with the likes of ADT to help us urgently and swiftly on our time need but you treat alarm triggers as though it’s invite to an all night party. Get your team act together.
