Pathetic leadership! Appoint a new CEO

<p>Fourth complaint. If even the CEO ignores complaints sent to him it comes as no surprise why the rest of the organization is pathetic and an embarrassment to the trade. Board of directors get rid of him and perhaps your business will retain customers.
