PATHETIC EXCUSE OF A SECURTY COMPANY

I would 200% not recommend ADT 1. Their accounts department has absolutely no knowledge or customer service skills - when an amount is queried they respond with they do not know what that amount is for but we must pay it!!! 2. Their security guards are a bunch of IDIOTS!!!! - they continuously leave my property gate open which leaves my animals out of the gate and all over the road!!!! I understand that my animals are not their priority but surely leaving MY PROPERTY GATE OPEN is a security issue!!!! 3. Their managers and supervisors are just as helpful as their admin. 4. Their technicians are arrogant. 5. Their customer care is clueless

ONCE THEY SELL YOU A SYSTEM THEY SIMPLY DO NOT CARE!!!! I will never recommend any family or friend to install this **** show of a service.

Not to mention that they clearly cannot read or follow simple instructions.

Until my ordeal of a contract is over i will continue to tell every single person that i come in contact with, about how useless and *********** this business is.
