Pathetic Disgusting Service

My installment was reduced to R310,00 since January 2014. ADT continued deducting R569 since then to date.<br> on 04 May 2015, I contacted ADT for adjustment of installment and refund and to date I haven't received my refund, I have been transferred from pillar to post, to name the few, these are some of the people I talked to but still I am getting no joy, Colleen Ngwenya, Phindile Rabodiba, Anisa Siwa,Dorothy all in customer services and Credit control staff- Marothi, Palesa- \Very Rude"and Wayne"
