Pathetic customer service from ADT security

I've phoned ADT enquiring about cancelling their services with them and I was advised I need to sent an email and I was also advised will be be one month notice then the contract will be cancelled. I've sent an email to them in April 2023 and seome phoned me to find out why I'm cancelling their services. I advise her that I'm not happy with their services their armed response is *********** and not reliable, they've dropped the ball too many times. She advised they will conduct an investigation on their side however the contract will be cancelled as per my request. To my surprise on the 29 May 2023 I've received an email from a fool called Caroline Gulele from ADT advising me that the contract will be cancelled in June 2023 that is utter nonsense, I've already served a month's notice. ADT security you're pathetic and your services makes me sick you're ****** theives I'm not going to accept your *********** Hence you're loosing a lot of customers to your competitors. Cancel that contract I don't want anything to do with you and I'm not going to pay you in June you're ****** theives.
