Pathetic customer service and unsafe

<p>I called for an escort at 10:45 to be home at 11:05,passed the ADT response car on my way home ,got to my premises 11:11 there was no one .I had to call ADT again to find out what happened, a consultant promised to call the response officer to come back ,10 minutes later no officer no feedback,I called ADT for the third time,I was on hold and the consultant still had a nerve to ask me if I want an escort or to lay a compliant.For 20 minutes I had to drive around the neighborhood until I get an escort.Is this the service that i pay for,leaving me stranded at night when I needed their protection!!!!!!</p>
