Pathetic customer service and impossible to get rid of them

I've been trying since August to get ADT out of my life Had to threaten about going to Hello Peter before they finally started responding on my cancellation letter. Received phone call from customer care last month, confirming all sorted out now and bill on zero. Surprise surprise.. Received new invoice and statement again this week Technician also phoned earlier the week, made appointment for yesterday morning to come fetch radio. Didn't show up. Didn't bother to phone to cancel appointment.
