Pathetic customer service!!

I received a sms this morning - a final demand from ADT. I called their call centre 3 times already this morning-more than an hour spent<br> 1. Called, selected 4 for accounts, held on for 6 minutes and then the call was just cut off.<br> 2. Called again, was on hold fr a while, then went to reception
