Pathetic Customer service

<p>Morning, my alarm went off this morning about 7:30am and the process was for Adt to call me back and do a telecom check guess what up until now no one has call me. My son walked thru the passage my accident. But just think for one second if i really had an intruder in my house and being kept hostage would they have still called. They get paid monthly and the people who works for them clearly dont care abour the customer safety. Am so Fed up with Adt. They still didnt post my statement since the new year started . They are really the pits and i have put request in numerous times via email. </p>
