PATHETIC Customer Service!!!!

So after my last complaint, I got a message saying it had been handed over to management and I would have a call by the end of business on the 06/02/2015 and still no call 6 days later! I can not even express my disgust and disappointment on this situation! this is a company that is supposed to help you feel secure and they are doing everything but that. That they don't even have the decency to follow up on there customer complaints is pathetic. I am at the point that I am considering a change to a company that actually cares! I would never recommend ADT to anyone considering a new alarm security company. Inhuman is what I am thinking not even worried about your customers as long as you get your monthly premiums. Perhaps I should join up for a new instillation as a new customer I might get helped sooner. LOL... Always there is your slogan - ALWAYS WHERE???
