Pathetic company

I regret trusting you that I will be safe in my home and be protected, first of all your turn around time is disheartening not to mention the security you dispatch the guy knocked on my gate 00:15 expecting me to come out and open the gate for him whereas I don't feel safe I just saw a man trying to open my window am a female, he claims that the wall is too high he can't just in. Am still in disbelief, in previous attempts to break in his colleagues would just in. pardon me if am being inconsiderate but am very ****ed because I pay for security and am being given excuses when I am in desperate need of help.
