Pathetic Communication and Installation Procedures

I received a quote from ADT to install Beams & Fencing. After confirming that I want to commence with the installation I asked the question if I can pay a deposit before they can commence with the works. The answer- simply no, full payment before work commence. After I did the payment they promised they will be there next week and the installation will take 2days. They did not have stock and had to order. They said they will let us know in advance when they will be on site to start with the installation. Then all of a sudden they just pitched at the house to start, no communication at all! They only started with the fencing and not the beams as according to them the installation for the beams will be done by someone else. Then they worked half day. The supervisor just left his assistant at the yard with no supervision and nothing to do as he said he was waiting for stock. The supervisor later arrived and commenced with the fencing. The following day they were supposed to complete the full installation of the fence and the beams but no one pitched. No communication again! They said that they will start the following Monday but still no one pitched with absolutely zero feedback!!!!!!
