Pathetic behavior from ADT, Batteries ****** during upgrade!
We just upgraded our system and the battery dies in 3-7 minutes during loadshedding. We wondered how that could be since it should have been fit with a new battery but it turns out the installers ( Victor and another guy) put in a 2020 battery and took our 2022 battery. Absolutely disgusting behavior from people who are meant to help secure your home! ADT apparently hires ******* themselves!

13 Sept 2022, 14:46When we informed the guy who came to fix it, he laughs about it. The staff is in on this *****ing batteries situation. Very unprofessional.
