Pathetic ADT security services.

Very poor service. Paid thousands for system upgrade and left with beam positioned wrong. This cause alarm activation regularly. Tech booked who only reduced beam distance. Another call and another tech in May. Once again beam direction changed. Another call and another tech. Promised to come back to me and after a week I called them only to hear the call was cleared on 18 July as solved. On 19 July another call and told they will book another call for tech. I said no, I want to speak to the Manager. He's not available, but they will ask him to call me. We will see! I And Mr.Wright won't recommend ADT to anyone. You can't trust that you get the service that you pay for.
