PATHETIC! PATHETIC!
I have been in contact with Graig drom ADT, Cape Town. What an absolute disaster this was as the promises he is making is not happening. I rexeived a sms that a consultant will be in contact with me, as yet, not a call from anyone. I had to drive half an hour to my home to check on my own alarm as they are ro *********** to do their work, a service we are paying them to do. Had to press the panic bottom to get any response from them, which reminds me also of a previous incedent where I have pressed the panic buttom 7 times, this happened early last year, up to today there where no response from them for that. They are a worthless company who doesn't care about their customers. There sign bord on my wall is an embaresment to me and will be taken it of the minute I get home.
They are a disgrace to society. PATHETIC!!!

Why was it necesary for me, to go to these exstremes to get tour attention. Why not sorted this out on the first day.
I can not accept the appology and this will not change my point of view if ADT.
Will never recommend you to any one.
