Paid upfront for technician and no service

We paid upfront for an ADT technician to come and were promised the technician would come through in 5 working days. It has been an entire week and we have yet to even receive confirmation of a date for the technician. Shahied Solomon was responsible for confirming with this with us. He was quick to follow up on getting payment and then made no contact whatsoever thereafter.
