PAID UP LETTER
This ADT SELL ACCOUNTS TO LGR GROUP AND THEY buy accounts and calls you, email you, sending SMSs, when you settle the account or accounts, they don't send you a Paid-up letter when you email them, they ignore your emails. I've sent several emails requesting my Paid-up letter spoke to the lady by the name of Nonhlanhla from lgr group whom she promised i will get it by the end of a business day, but it never happened. spoke again to a lady by the name name of Elsie Sithole she asked i sent her POPs on her email address *** after that she never responded, i also sent emails requesting my paid-up letter to ***. also, to Lerato Molahloa on email *** all they don't bother to respond. Their account is paid in full but both parties they ignore you when you want a paid-up letter. i have all the correspondence on emails with them saying i want that paid up letter.

20 Nov 2023, 11:54Your Media officer did contacted me i do appreciate that and received a document from your LGR Group on the 20/11/2023 but it only confirms the settlement of full arrears which it doesn't serve as a paid up letter, on which i sent a cancellation email on the 31 of May 2023 which was then received by your cancellation officer then by the name of CharmoneyS which she filed it on your system the following day, the first of June 2023 but never issue a confirmation of cancellation i would like to have that letter and a proper paid up letter that will serve as the account being closed.
if you be in need of that cancellation letter which proofs the date and time i do have it i can forward it provided i received the email to forward it to, your Lerato Molahloa of which she is a cancelation officer currently she doesn't bother to reply to the emails or she is just ignoring my emails.

21 Nov 2023, 12:07Thank you so much to Hellopeter and at ADT employees who were part on resolving my issue i did get a positive results Mpho Modisaesi sent a confirming letter of account being closed with a sincere apology, I am happy to say i have a paid-up letter which also state that the process has already started on updating my credit profile on credit bureaus.
