Paid for nothing

<p>Service and armed response is shocking, my homed has a special key box fitted for ADT to gain access, but pure laziness or lack of concern or whatever their reasons upon alarm activation armed response never bothers to go in and check my premises it's easier to fill in a slip and shove it on the gate. so what am I paying for how on earth does an armed reaction check that the premises are safe, not broken into etc when they don't bother entering the property. ADT has taken my money for a service they are not giving.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p>Enough is enough</p>
