Paid Account handed over to legal

I have received an sms indicating that my account has been handed over to ADT's legal Debtsource Pty Ltd, whom i have called and tried to confirm why this account was handed over.<br> <br> They indicated that i owe ADT due to early cancellation in 2013, this was not communicated during my engagement with Mr Phumlani Ngwenya in 2013 nor has any of this been raised after our communication, who assured me that all will be sorted.<br> <br> You have my details but you failed to contact me to discuss the account<br> You waited for interest to run up on the account and made no contact with me to make arrangements<br> You then hand the account over with no notice or prior warning<br> <br> I have emails and documents confirming my request to cancel and that i will not be liable for payment because i canceled as i was no longer residing at the premises also the account had to be transferred to my Dad which you could not do?<br> <br> I would like to make it clear that:<br> > i will not pay a cent <br> > I demand a confirmation of settlement<br> > File at debt collecting firm to be closed<br> <br> On Friday the 4th December 15 if i have not received the above i will submit all documentation to my legal support who i have already notified<br>
