Overpriced, Unfair, *******

I would just like to bring this to light so other customers are aware.

I had a sales rep come to my house to do a quote and was told the sensor move for my door and one for the room can be moves all it will take it 1 hour labor.

The original discussion was R500 odd rand but now i am being changed R1800. No extra equipment was used, no extra sensors, nothing. My original items was just shifted.

Door sensor was moved about 5cm, yes 5cm and the passive sensor about 3m. Again, all the same equipment used.

I cant fault the installation guys but the consultant that came to my residence to quote is at fault here.

It is unacceptable to pay nearly R2000 to move items when putting in additional sensors would have costed me the same price. So with new equipment move its around R2000, moving equipment R2000 makes absolutely no sense at all.
