Overpriced **** services

One day there was a burglary at my house and the alarm went off about 8 times because the alarm was damaged by the *******. ADT came out a few times and every time told me that "everything is fine, no sign of forced entry". To add insult to injury they then charged me another R600 extra for call outs that month saying I exceeded my 4 responses for the month... I paid that month R1200 for NOTHING!!! often when the alarm goes off they don't phone nor come out . When they do come out they eff it up royally . I cancelled 2 contracts with these idiots.
