Over promise Under deliver

The statement below needs to be reviewed and corrected. This i can confirm is a total lie as your vehicles do not patrol anywhere near Glen Crescent in South Hills. I've been working from home this whole week and not once has any of the so called Armed response vehicles drove pass my house or near this crescent. I once complained and a typical result came where for two weeks ADT patrolled around my house, this i can proof as there was stickers left. And sadly that was the last.

How often do ADT vehicles patrol my area?

All ADT Armed Response vehicles patrol as often as is operationally allowable between call outs and try to maintain high visibility during peak times. All vehicles are equipped with and are continually monitored through a state of the art on-line satellite tracking system.

One sign board was ****** off my wall, i reported it, two new ones was brought and the security guard who was here dropped it off, had no silicone to affix it to my wall and left promising to return but never did. This was over two weeks ago. I've been calling begging them to come put it up to no avail. Promises made by a road senior Eric and a agent Nomsa that an officer will be sent to sort me out and I'm still waiting. You debit my account on time and i do not argue, all i expect is a promised service.
