Over payment/ lack of service

Good day I have been with ADT for the past 4 years, and all these years have not been receiving services that are included on my contract. It states that i do receive constant monitoring which i dont. I complained at first and they started sending a car which did not last even a week then they stopped. At the moment they call to say that my account is in areas. I asked them to look at how much i have been over paying for all these years and what is my actual monthly premium i should be paying as im no longer interested on that constant monitoring because they dont honour it. On the 30 of November i had an incident which they called and said they will send a van till this day they have not. They are only interested on me making arrangements to pay but less interested on the actual matter.
