Over charging for guard after break in

My house was broken into on 29th December 2016. ADT toook 25 minutes to arrive at the premises. Due to the time of year I was unable to make the house secure so ADT supp**** a guard until the windows and door was fixed.

I was then invoiced for 2 shift too many. I was assured that they would ressolve the matter but my bank account started to be debited. I again spoke to Accounts and spoke to a very helpful lady , I think he name was Nicki, who said that credit would be raised and I asked for it to be set off against the final invoice.

Imagine my horror when more debit orders were processed!!!!

I again phone ADT yesterday at 13:55. I spoke to Nancy who would not put me through to Accounts without asked me all the Security questions. She then asked me why I wanted to speak to them . She then put me through and I waited 10 minutes without anyone answering the phone. I am sure ADT hopes you will just give up.

So I suggest that everyone should double check any statement from ADT for casual guarding as it is aextremely expensive when they charge for services not rendered.
