Over charge for bad service

ADT security company is the worst company in Mosselbay! 1. They do not have a office in Mosselbay 2.They do not answer any e-mails that was sent to them. I sent about 10 mails. 3.They had no technicians for a wail to send out for a problem. 4.They ordered me to switch off my alarm for about 2 weeks because they could not find the problem. I was charged for the full months payment! 5.A technician checked a faulty beam but did not have the knowledge to see what the problem was. I was charge for a call out where nothing has been done. 6.They gave me a quote for a beam of R1455.60. When they arrived to place the beam they found out that the beam was not complete! It was only the plastic cover of the beam. I had to pay a amount of R756.00 to get the full beam. 7. We were with them for 10 years and nobody mentioned that we qualified for a pensioners discount. No over payment was refunded to me. I feel the owe me money for withholding info from me. This was a vary bad experience for with ADT.
