Over 2 months to cancel contract!,!!

I contacted ADT on January 27th to cancel my contract because I have left the country and up to date they haven't cancelled it, and still taking money from my bank account monthly! I have followed up but their useless customer service cant seem or willing to do anything other than \call me back"after starting repeatedly I have left the country or e-mail...that they do not respond to....or cancel the ****** contract!!!<br> """
