Our safety is not important to them, they only want money but their services are nonexistent

Woow... where do I begin to discuss the disappointment that I have with this terrible company! Their services are beyond pathetic! On numerous occasions it takes the patroller more than 30min to get to my house after we receive the call for our alarm that goes off. We check every time on our cameras how long it takes and it is ALWAYS 30 MIN and more. When we phone and ask why are they taking to long we only get "eish I don't know". There is a patroller in our area and it definitely does not take more than 30 min to get here. The communication between the patrollers and control centres are nonexistent it seems. but they are very quick to increase their service prices and every month we need to pay more and more for a service we are not getting!! You guys are suppose to have your clients' lives as a nr 1 priority, clearly you are not worried about any of our safeties and that you are just here for the money!! It is degusting! Help24 is more than happy to take over and provide a better service for a cheaper rate
