other zone can not be armed

2013 I boutgh house then I decided to installed ADT,the alarm is working correct but last year late I discoverd that you can't arm any bed room if the is no one at nigth,eg if you want to arm kids room you can't only dinning room that can be arm at night.when I enquired about that I was told that if they send techinian I must pay R400 then I was suprised.recent I received notification about increase in mmy installment,today ispoke to consultent trying to show my disatification about their sercvise.she also said that I m suppose to pay for consultant,but I am suprised because it was not programmed from the on sat,because I was not aware about the function of this keypad till I got information somewhere that you can arm the room if kids are not there,on the other hand I must pay technician.Now my premium is R310 but the servise is incomplete.even the person who was installing it didn't indicate that you can arm other rooms at night,what we were told about is how to arm it when you go out,or when you sleep.there is nothing good than paying large amount and at same time you have complete service,
