<p>WE have belonged to ADT for a lonf time. For enquiries contact Mosima on ********** .</p> <p>The debit order was put through and was reversed by the bank cos there was no money in the account.</p> <p>So in other words, not only did they try and ***** R99.00 but also incurred us bank charges of R130.00.</p> <p>Is this the norm under which these people operate?</p> <p>ADT is a company that is supposed to safeguard us from *****s, but it seems like they are the biggest *****s.</p> <p> </p> <p>So very disappointed in them.</p> <p> </p> <p>When we phoned 9 days ago, we were promised that someone would phone us.. pffffttttt....</p> <p>As yet, no one has bothered to rectify this or apologise.</p> <p> </p> <p>I want my money back that they incurred on me. I do not want stories or excuses...</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
