Only Desperate or Naive people use ADT security No improvent in twenty years

I signed and paid for a alarm system installation 9th October 2024 I had to make numerous follow up phone calls and got many promises Nothing ever happened, then when we started complaining thru there call center we told the the money had be allocated to an account I had with ADT fifteen years ago . . . Oh . . . and they not going to refund or install the alarm

About fifteen years ago a got shocking service and cancelled . . that doesn't go well with ADT. I had to start reversing debit orders Then I had to tell there harassing debt collectors to please . . PLEASE . . lets go to court But it seems , like all bullies , they not into a real fight I honestly thought Twenty years later they would have improved which is why i thought to give them another chance as I said . .
