Guys, who uses ADT security?

Do you also find that they are absoluetly pathetic?

A few times now they did not call when our alarm activates, AT ALL!

Today my wife and kids were home and they got scared as they thought someone was breaking in. She heit the panic button until the alarm stopped, so she pressed it again. At this point she phoned me in a panic and I told her to ask for help on the local communit whatsapp group.

She did this and hit the panic button again.

About 5 min after that another security company responded.

Still no ADT!

After the other company had already assisted my wife and left, ADT phoned me to find out if they should respond??????

I lost my **** a little and said "aYes, its a panic button call, of course you need to respond"!

About 8 min after that they phoned to tell me all is in order (keep in mind my wife and kids are home waiting for ADT) they phone back to tell me all is in order!

So I lost my **** completely.

The controller, without trying to establish whos talking, simply hangs up!

A few min after that my wife phones me to tell me ADT just arived at the gate!

Another incident was when our alarm went off (we were not home) i told them to respond.

They phoned a while later to tell me the back door is standing open but all is in order.

***?

I am absolutely regretting signing up with them.

They work with react alarms, whos numbers dont work!

Not the one on the quote, not the one under the consultants signature nor the one on the invoice!

What hurts most is that we pay them every month, we ask them to defend our families and they dont give a ****!

I will never recomend them and I will go out of my way to tell people how pathetc they are!
