Only after your money

<p>After signing up with ADT there was nothing but constant problems. Logging calls to fix or upgrade there was never any follow up.</p> <p> </p> <p>What really shows the charater of this company is that once you sign up the debit order is processed immediately and they start deducting from your account the very next day. </p> <p> </p> <p>I have tried to cancel my service through the call centre and then upon thier request sending them e-mails. Yet the debit orders continue to be deducted from my account.</p> <p> </p> <p>They refused to recieve a monthly cash payment because once the debit order is in place they are in control. </p> <p> </p> <p>To anybody considering joinging ADT i strongly suggest you reconsider and join a security company that allows monthly EFT's to be proccessed. the fact that they have access to my cash and refuse to cancel the debit order facility is greatly concerning.</p>
