One month later and still no response
Charged for technical call-out. Technicians did not fix the problem. No follow up appointment scheduled. No quote received to fix problem. Been trying to get this sorted out for the past month. Call centre absolutely useless. Sent multiple e-mails, but no reply.
Worst company I ever had to deal with!!
