ONE HOUR LATE

My office alarm went off yesterday at about 17h10, while I was still inside the office. They then contacted my wife who told them to go and have a look as she was not with me. I then contacted ADT and told them that it was a false alarm they do not need to come out. This morning when I got to the office, I found their little report card in my gate. What upsets me is that the time on the report says they were only here at 18h15. More than an hour after the alarm went off. Obviously they also never logged my call where I cancelled the call out. A representative did contact me and said he would sort it out and phone me back. I haven't heard from him again. This is unacceptable, if there was a trespasser, they would have either cleaned out the office and worse harm whoever was in the office. They would have had an hour!!!!<br>
