ONCE AGAIN NO SERVICE FROM ADT KIMBERLEY

On Sunday 25th October 2015 the sales rep LUCAN came to see me regarding a quatation i got from ADT to install an alarm system.<br> I was promised by him if i pay on Monday 26.10.2015 the alarm will be installed in 3 days lates on Friday 30.10.2015 On Friday when i called he rejected my call but said it is confirmed that the alarm will be installed today <br> I tried o call ADT but was told Letitia is off sick and Lucan is in a meeting.He keep on rejecting my calls.<br> I went into Seeff offices who is my Landlord and they also tried to assist me to get hold of ADT.<br> NO LUCK SHE CALLED MR.DE WET BUT HE CALLED THE KIMBERLEY BRANCH TO CALL ME.<br> We tried again no one can tell me when this alarm will be installed. I am going on a trip today and dont want my place without an alarm.<br> PLEASE CAN SOMEONE ASSIST ME... THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE...I want my alarm today as promised.<br> Please can someone sort out this branch. They are destroying your name.
