OK armed response; problematic invoicing

My experience with their armed response services is OK; except for the fact that in case of emergency you call them and you have to endure a huge intro before they put you through to their call centre. Not appropriate for a security company.

My main issue with ADT has been getting invoices from them: they do not send those on a monthly basis, sometimes they send statements, sometimes invoices: a total mess.

Then, I logged a call on the 6th February 2020 and as of today (24 April 2020) I have still not received all the invoices requested. A very frustrating experience if you are trying to keep files for SARS.
