Not Satisfied with Company

Hi<br> <br> We have an alarm system with ADT, when we signed the contract for Armed Response, monitoring and patrolling. <br> <br> I phoned ADT and they told me they are responsible for the monitoring and Secupro for the Armed Response and Patrolling, since i installed our alarm i have not seen one Secupro car in my area or road. I phoned Secupro and they told me they don't do patrolling and ADT said they do.<br> <br> I would really like to know who is responsible for what because this is unacceptable, I pay a lot of money for my family's safety and if ADT or Secupro cannot assist me with this I will unfortunately have to cancel my contract.<br> <br> I would appreciate it if someone could assist me with the above mentioned matter.<br> <br> Regards,
