Not Safe with ADT

I was contacted about 6 months ago by an a ADT agent regarding the property we were going to moved into which had an alarm system which was connected to ADT. After moving in 5 months ago a Mnr Bradley Pillay Lead no:*** met with me on 28/09/2021 whom I sign a two year contract after he assured me the alarm system is working properly and covering the property they only need to put in a radio which they did. I remember giving ADT permission to jump over the side gate if needed and inform them of the small dog that is very friendly. On the 19/01/2022 at 11h20 I received a call from ADT 's control room regarding tampering of the alarm and my answer to them was I am not at home, there is no one at home to send the armed response.I left my work 11h 25 and arrived at my house at 11h31 to find the ADT bakkie in my driveway the one arm responds guy at the bakkie and the other one knocking at my door. I went to the door press the remote for the alarm which was dead. I told the guy there is no power then I unlock the front door switch on the light and show the arm responds guy the power is on. I then moved into the house to check the rooms and saw the alarm keypad is dead and stuff laying on the beds of the different room and all the cupboard doors open. I show the arm response guys the broken side glass and the hole in the sealing.I was so disappointed with ADT because they should have check over my fence when they arrived here then the ***** would be caught and that fact that I have to search my own house with them being more afraid. Later when the technician came out after I contact them regarding the alarm that was cut I was inform by him that because there is no cencors in any rooms the burglar can enter and do as he please and the alarm won't go off. This is very disturbing as they didn't put in sensors and to put the cherry on the cake I had to contact ADT to ask them for patrols during the night as there was still open side in my room. ADT was very quick to contact me on Saturday 22/01/22 regarding the payment of the fixing of the alarm but still my house is not safe. Still no censors where needed no one cares
