Not responding to queries

I have been sending the main contact e-mail at ADT e-mails without any response despite acknowledging receipt. I then called the call center and spoke to [Email Removed] E-mailed her, she promised swift action. No response. I have sent [Email Removed] several further e-mails and I receive \read"receipt but she refuses to respond. I have asked her for manager details"
