Not responding on burglary.

Alarm went off. ADT phoned me and when I answered they put the phone down in my ear. They took one and a half hours after numerous phone calls from our side to the emergency call center to respond. The neighbors alerted us as they heard the alarm sounding and on investigation found our furniture already packed on the lawn. The supervisor (Paul) promised to investigate immediately and call back. Nothing happened. totally *********** call center operators cannot even transfer a call to a supervisor. i had to call a different number found on the internet. This is bad as we are paying for armed emergency response. could have been killed if i was at home.
